Daytona now available in Forza Motorsport

The latest free Forza Motorsport update has added the thrilling Daytona International Speedway, known for its banked corners that allow for high-speed racing. The track, located in Florida, features two in-game layouts: the 2.5-mile (4-kilometer) high-speed tri-oval and the 3.59-mile (5.7-kilometer) technical circuit.

Daytona International Speedway was built in 1959 by NASCAR founder Bill France Sr. It is known as the fastest track in the world and has hosted events such as the Daytona 500, IndyCar and IMSA races. The track underwent a renovation in 2016, with the installation of more than 100,000 seats.

Update 4 also introduces the ‘Italian Aspirants’ Racing series. Where players will race Italian vehicles, including the 1992 Lancia Delta HF Integral Evo, the 2017 turbocharged Abarth 124 Spider, the 2017 Alfa Romeo Julia Quadrifoglio and the 2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia. Rounding out the four series awards the 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago LP 674 SV.

Since its launch, Forza Motorsport has added three more circuits: Yas Marina, Hockenheim and now Daytona. Turn 10, the developer studio, plans to update the Constructors’ Cup to integrate these new tracks.
